NSREC Mandatory CPE Courses for 2024-2025
Licensees are required to complete the following mandatory CPE course(s) before 11:59 p.m. on June 15, 2025 or they will not be able to renew their licence and will not be eligible for renewal until the course is complete.
All Licensees: Revisiting Consumer Relationships
Licensees are required to complete the online course, Revisiting Consumer Relationships, before 11:59 p.m. on June 15, 2025. The course is available now via the NSAR Learning Platform.
This course re-examines commonly encountered issues around agency conflicts of interest, order of operation for forms completion and maintaining compliant transaction files in support of clear consumer relationships using a fictional scenario based on real disciplinary cases.
Brokers: Broker Responsibilities Refresh
Brokers, managing associate brokers and associate brokers will complete an additional mandatory broker CPE course, titled Broker Responsibilities Refresh, available online in early January 2025.

Remembrance Day Reminder
A reminder to all licensees the Nova Scotia Remembrance Day Act prohibits trading in real estate on Remembrance Day: Monday, November 11.

The Commission's office will be closed on Monday for Remembrance Day.
