Failure to complete your CPE(s) or renew your licence(s) will result in automatic licence termination effective July 1.

Although Nova Scotia does not issue separate licences for specialties such as commercial or residential trading, licensees must ensure they have the knowledge, experience, and competence to handle the type of transaction involved.
