Our Three-Year Strategic Plan was developed by our 2023-2024 Board of Directors. It defines the NSREC's values and mission by outlining key areas of focus to guide us as we deliver our mandate.

The office will be open on Friday, October 9, 2026.
The Commission office will also be closed on Monday, October 12, 2026, for Thanksgiving. Staff will return to the office on Tuesday, October 13, 2026.
LICENCE SUSPENSION NOTICE: The Registrar hereby gives notice that the real estate licence for Timothy Blais, salesperson with EXP Realty of Canada, Inc., is suspended effective July 3, 2026 – January 2, 2027, for violating the Real Estate Trading Act and the Commission By-law.
