Being a real estate consumer entails a set of responsibilities to consider when either buying or selling. Doing your research is incredibly important when choosing a licensee to work with, understanding the agreements you are signing and considering the type of working relationship you might enter into with a licensee. The more you know and understand, the more likely it is you will be satisfied with the results.
