News Bulletin - June 25, 2026

Licence Renewal Deadline is TUESDAY

Licence Renewal Deadline is TUESDAY

This news bulletin is sent to all licensees. If you have already renewed your licence(s) for 2026, you can disregard the rest of this message.

There are still approximately 450 licensees who must renew their licence. The deadline is 11:59pm on Tuesday, June 30, 2026.

Click HERE to log in to the Commission’s Licensee Portal to renew your licence(s) or verify if you renewed your licence. (If you have already renewed your licence, you will have a corresponding invoice available on your profile, and your renewal button(s) will be gone.)

All licensees must renew their licence(s) online by the deadline, no exceptions. If you have questions or issues regarding Licensing renewals, please view the Commission’s website page Everything You Need to Know About Licensing Renewals, as the answer is likely answered here. If you still need help, contact your broker for assistance before contacting the Commission.

If you fail to renew your licence(s) before the deadline your licence will be immediately suspended at 12am on July 1, after which you must immediately stop trading and remove all advertising, and your name will be distributed in the Commission news bulletin and published on the Commission’s website, identifying that your licence has been suspended.

If You Plan to Leave the Industry

If you are purposely not renewing your licence (retirement, leaving the industry, etc.), ensure you email a completed Termination Form to the Commission’s Licensing Officer, Pam Crane, at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. before the renewal deadline. Failing to either renew or terminate will also result in suspension and your name being included in the suspension publications.

Don’t Wait Until The Last Minute

While licensees have until 11:59pm on Tuesday, those who wait until the final hours assume the risk of any technical issues, internet outages, forgotten passwords, or other access problems that may prevent completion before the deadline. Support cannot be guaranteed late on the deadline day. Complete your renewal as soon as possible.

Reminder to Brokers

Brokers have multiple renewal obligations, including paying their audit fees and renewing their personal broker licence, the brokerage licence, and if applicable, renewing branch office licences and their personal Approved Sales Corporation licence.

Brokers can use the Brokerage Reports within the Licensee Portal to monitor the licence renewal status of all licensees within their brokerage.
