The Commission has released the June 2026 Disciplinary Newsletter. The newsletter serves as an educational tool for licensees in accordance with the Commission By-law. To read the newsletter, click HERE

Licence Renewal Deadline is June 30

If you have already renewed your licence(s) for 2026, you can disregard the rest of this message.

There are still approximately 700 licensees who must renew their licence. The deadline is 11:59pm on Tuesday, June 30, 2026.

All licensees must renew their licence(s) by the deadline, no exemptions. Renewals are online via the Commission’s Licensee Portal. If you have questions or issues regarding Licensing renewals, please view the Commission’s website page Everything You Need to Know About Licensing Renewals, as the answer is likely answered here. If you still need help, contact your broker for assistance before contacting the Commission.

If you fail to renew your licence(s) before the deadline your licence will be immediately suspended at 12am on July 1 - after which you must immediately stop trading and remove all advertising - and your name will be distributed in the Commission news bulletin and published on the Commission’s website, identifying that your licence has been terminated.
