CPE Deadline This Sunday
Important Dates Reminder

If you have already completed your CPE(s), and licence renewal(s) you can disregard the rest of this email. To verify if you have completed your CPE(s) and renewals(s), you can check the licensee portal.

CPE Deadline: Sunday, June 15, 2025

Depending on your licence category, licensees must complete their required CPE course(s) on the NSAR Learning Platform before 11:59 pm on June 15, 2025.

All licence categories (salespeople, associate brokers, managing associate brokers and brokers) must complete Revisiting Consumer Relationships.

Associate brokers, managing associate brokers and brokers must also complete a second course: Broker Responsibilities Refresh.

There are currently still 454 salespeople and 78 associate brokers, managing associate brokers and brokers who have not finished their course(s).

All licensees who fail to complete their mandatory CPE(s) before the deadline will have their licences terminate effective 12:00 am on July 1, 2025. The course will be unavailable from June 16 - July 14. If you let your licence terminate, you must immediately cease all trading activities, including taking down signage, advertising, and social media. To avoid having your name published for failure to complete CPE, complete and submit a termination form dated for June 30. To have your licence reinstated after the deadline has passed, you must complete the course when it becomes available again, apply to have your licence reinstated, pay the renewal fee, and be issued a licence, at which point you may resume trading activity.

If you have questions about the course, email the NSAR Education Department at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
