Licensee Professionalism Survey

The Board of Directors instructed Commission staff to further survey the industry about their trading experiences with other licensees during COVID-19-related market conditions and the increased number of licensees.

Licensees can access the survey in the new Commission email bulletin. The deadline for this survey is Friday, August 26th at 4pm.

Previous survey results indicated licensees are concerned about licensee conduct and how licensees interact with other licensees and consumers, and are supportive of the Commission taking initiatives to support professionalism in the industry. This survey will help the Commission gather more information on professionalism concerns in the industry and determine what initiatives should be implemented.

Office Closure: August 12th, 2022
