Renewal Fee Reduction Announcement

Effective with the upcoming 2026 licensing renewal period starting next month, the renewal fee for associate brokers and managing associate brokers will be reduced by $50.

The $50 renewal fee reduction for salesperson licences, which was introduced in 2025, will remain in effect for the 2026 licensing renewal period.

The fee reductions were recommended by the Finance Committee and approved by the Board of Directors.

Fees will remain the same for first-time licensing fees and renewal fees for other licences.

By-law Changes Effective May 1, 2026

The following by-laws are changing, effective May 1, 2026:

  • By-law 738(a)(xxii) is changing to reflect the title of Form 406 from “Mini/Mobile Home Schedule” to “Mini/Mobile/Manufactured Home and/or Leased Land Community Schedule” per the May 2026 forms updates.

As a result of the $50 reduction in renewal fees for associate brokers and managing associate brokers already approved by the Board in December 2025 for the 2026 budget, by-law 402 (d) and (e) will be updated to reflect $335 in advance of the 2026 renewal period.
