2. MANDATORY - Licence Renewal Deadline: June 30. To renew your licence, go to the Commission’s online Licensee Portal. For questions, issues or to learn more, click HERE.

Failure to complete your CPE(s) or renew your licence(s) will result in automatic licence termination effective July 1.

3. VOLUNTARY - Deadline to Submit Your Name to Serve on a Committee: June 5. To put your name forward, click HERE.

Important Dates Reminder

February 1, 2026: By-law and Form 100 Revisions

The revised versions of the By-law and Form 100: Working With the Real Estate Industry will be effective February 1. For more information on the changes, click HERE.

 

June 15, 2026: Mandatory CPE Deadline

All licensees are required to complete the 2025-2026 mandatory CPE course Professionalism Sells before 11:59 p.m. on June 15, 2026 or they will not be able to renew their licence and will not be eligible for renewal until the course is complete. The course is available now via the NSAR Learning Platform. To verify if you have completed your CPE, you can check the licensee portal.
