Welcome to our New Commissioners
The Commission is pleased to announce the newest additions to our Board:
- Gary Morse of Royal LePage Atlantic was elected by licensees.
- Linda Smardon of Exit Realty Metro was appointed by the Nova Scotia
Association of REALTORS®.

Appointed to Chair and Vice Chair
As decided by the Board of Directors, the 2017 Chair and Vice Chair are as
follows:
- Gary Morse of Royal LePage Atlantic was elected as Chair of the Board of
Directors. - Mary MacDonald of Walt MacDonald Real Estate was appointed Vice Chair of the
Board of Directors.
Thank you to Our Departing Commissioner
The Commission would like to extend our sincere thanks to our departing
Commissioner Robert Wambolt of Harvey Realties Ltd. Robert has served six
years on the Board of Directors and was Chair of the Board for his last year.
We thank Robert for his time and service to the Commission and wish him the best
in his future endeavors.
