Commission By-law Update, Licence and Audit Forms Updated
At the beginning of the pandemic, the Commission waived the requirement to have licence applications and audit forms notarized. At the last Board of Directors meeting, this requirement was removed permanently. The Commission By-law was updated to repeal by-law 336(a), which required licence applications to be notarized. By-law 336(b) was updated to include additional disciplinary measures that may result from submitting false information on licence applications.
