Online Licensing Renewals Open May 10 (Deadline June 30)
You will receive an email notifying you to log in and renew your real estate licence on Wednesday, May 10. Reminder emails will be sent once a week until your renewal is complete. The deadline to renew your licence is 11:59 pm on June 30. At 12:00 am on July 1, any licence that is not renewed will be terminated. If you let your licence terminate, you must immediately cease all trading activities, including taking down signage, advertising, and social media. To have your licence reinstated after the deadline has passed, you must apply to have your licence reinstated, pay the renewal fee, and be issued a licence, at which point you may resume trading activity.
Final Reminder: Committee Member Application Deadline This Friday
The application deadline for new and returning applicants interested in committee membership is Friday, May 5 at 4:30pm.

Annual General Meeting Today
Join us at the Commission's Annual General Meeting (AGM) this morning, April 21, beginning at 10am. The meeting will be held virtually via Zoom and we will review the work of the Commission in 2022.
Election Results
The election for a position on the Commission's Board of Directors opened at 9 am on Tuesday and closed at 4 pm on Thursday. Congratulations to Joanne Bouley, managing associate broker for Re/Max Fairlane Realty, for securing the most votes. 611 licensees voted in this year's election. Thank you for voting!
