Annual General Meeting May 28th

The Commission’s annual general meeting (AGM) will be held virtually via Zoom on Thursday, May 28th, at 10am. The notice for the meeting will be sent out at 8am the morning of the AGM and will include instructions to join the meeting as well as the agenda. Our external auditor, Andrew Campbell of Andrew M. Campbell Inc., is unable to attend the meeting. If you have questions regarding the audited financial statements in the Annual Report, please send those questions to This email address is being protected from spambots. Radon Awareness for Real Estate CPE Deadline

Licensees have until June 15th to complete the online mandatory course, Radon Awareness for Real Estate, which is administered by the Lung Association. Any licensee that does not complete their course by June 15th will have their licence suspended until the course is completed and have to pay $200+HST to have their licence reinstated.

Radon Awareness for Real Estate Course Enrollment

The instructions to enroll in the online CPE course, including how to look up your licence number, are located HERE. The course fee is $60. To ensure you receive credit for the course, enter your licence number correctly. Of the last 140 course completions, 20 licensees entered their licence number incorrectly. These entries included transposed numbers, IMIS numbers, "Nova Scotia", and "NS".
