Online Licence Renewal Update and 'Coming Soon' Policy Reminder

Online Licence Renewal Update

Licence renewals opened on August 10th. Since then, over 450 licensees and 38 brokerages have renewed their licences. Great job!

Another 103 licensees have logged in and responded to the renewal questions, but have not yet applied payment to their account.

Brokers Need To Renew Brokerage and Broker Licence

Renew the brokerage using the Brokerage Dashboard and the Member Dashboard to renew your broker licence. Switch between the two dashboards by clicking the bright pink button at the top left of the screen.

Renewal Resources and Info

A licence renewal resource page has been created to provide licensees with video tutorials, a user manual, and important information about payment methods and deadlines. Including the time it takes to reset your password, renewing your licence will take two to three minutes. VIEW RESOURCE PAGE

Licensee Portal Button

You can access the licence database by clicking the Licensee Portal button on the homepage of the Commission WEBSITE.

"Pending Licensing Activity" Renewal Message

If you receive a “Sorry, we could not renew [licensed name] because there is pending licensing activity on its account.” It means you’ve already responded to the renewal questions and just need to pay your invoice. To view and pay your invoice, click INVOICES on the menu on the left side of your screen and on the INVOICES page, click the ID number of unpaid invoice to open and pay it.

'Coming Soon' Policy Reminder

The use of 'Coming Soon' advertisements is for advertising properties that have not been listed. Next time you take to advertising on social media to highlight an anticipated future listing, have your broker review the ad and take a moment to ensure what you are displaying meets the Commission's Board of Director's approved policy setting minimum standards for 'Coming Soon' advertising and promotions.
