Mandatory Masks in Indoor Public Places, Printing, Emailing or Downloading Your Licence Certificate, and Office Closed for Licensing Exams
Mandatory Masks in Indoor Public Places
Premier Stephen McNeil and Dr. Robert Strang, chief medical officer of health in Nova Scotia, announced that masks will become mandatory in most indoor public places, starting July 31st.
The Commission has confirmed with Dr. Strang that real estate showings and open houses in residential properties will not require mandatory masks as they take place in private residences which do not meet the criteria for a 'public place.'
However, brokerages can set policies concerning their licensees and recommend to their seller or buyer clients and customers the importance of wearing a mask as a safety precaution during meetings, viewings, etc.
