The following individuals' real estate licences are suspended for failure to complete continuing education requirements.
- Robert Ghosn, former salesperson with Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Atlantic
- Michael McCurdy, former salesperson with Partners Global Corporate Real Estate Inc.
- Adam Olson, former salesperson with Colliers International (Nova Scotia) Inc.
The following individuals did not renew or terminate their real estate licence by midnight on June 30th. Their licences have expired and they are no longer authorized to trade in real estate.
- Joseph Wolf Engelberg-Schneiderman, former salesperson with City St. Realty
- Joshua Fredric, former associate broker with Harbourside Realty Ltd.
- Jessica Burch, former salesperson with Royal LePage Atlantic
- Mark Lee, former salesperson with Exit Realty Inter Lake
- Simon D. Turner, former salesperson with Starscape Realty Ltd.
- Troy Burke, former salesperson with Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Atlantic
This suspension is published in accordance with Commission by-law 839.
