Earlier this year, the Commission received questions about military members travelling here from out of province to view properties.
The office will be closed on Friday, December 20, 2024 for office maintenance. Staff will be working remotely.
The office will be fully closed for the holidays from Monday, December 23, 2024 until Thursday, January 2, 2025. If you have time-sensitive inquiries during the holiday closure, email the Registrar. Non time-sensitive inquiries can be directed to the appropriate staff member, who will respond when they resume work in the new year.

Due to the recent increase in case numbers, the Commission would like to remind the industry that the COVID-19 orders, directives, and guidelines we all have to follow are being continuously updated by the provincial and federal governments.
The Commission has released the November 2020 Disciplinary Newsletter. The newsletter serves as an educational tool for licensees in accordance with Commission by-law 839.
The Commission's Education Committee made recommendations on the 2020-2021 Continuing Professional Education course, which was subsequently approved by the Board of Directors. This year's CPE course is All About Offers: Relationships, Contracts, Communication & Disclosure.
The back-up offer clause in the NSREC clause book has been updated. The purpose of the clause book is to assist licensees in determining the appropriate language for conditions that are needed in an agreement.
