Correction to Form 402: Resale Condominium Schedule

On January 3rd, 2022, several forms were updated, including Form 402: Resale Condominium Schedule. The updates to this form affected "Documentation" clauses 2.1 and 2.2 to address the changes to buyer's conditions. 

In clause 2.1, there was a space provided to insert the deadline that the Seller must provide the Buyer with the documentation listed in 2.1 a-d, (“on or before the _________ day of _________________, 20_________.") In the updates earlier this month, this line was deleted in error. 

The Commission is re-adding the original line, removed in error, back in and has notified the NSAR for them to update WebForms accordingly.

Until NSAR has updated WebForms, licensees who require the form can continue to use the version released on January 3rd by adding the following line directly after clause 2.1: “on or before the _________ day of _________________, 20_________.”  Alternatively, licensees who would like to receive a PDF version of the corrected form from the Commission to prepare an offer or to upload for e-signature platform purposes, please email the Commission's Communications Officer, This email address is being protected from spambots.
