LICENCE SUSPENSION NOTICE

The Registrar hereby gives notice the real estate broker licence for Anne-Marie Moules, licensed with Coldwell Banker Tri-Key Realtyis suspended effective March 17, 2026 for violating the Real Estate Trading Act Section 21 (4).

Ms. Moules and her brokerage are prohibited from trading in real estate.

This notice has been distributed to licensees in accordance with Commission By-law 853.

Scammer Alert on Prop2Go

Scammer Alert on Prop2Go
It has been brought to the Commission’s attention of a recent rental scam on Prop2Go (prop2go.com). The scammer pulled pictures from MLS®, created a rental advertisement, and requested that potential renters provide their banking information.

The Commission is advising licensees of this issue so they can inform their sellers and new buyers of this ongoing rental scam.

The Commission advises that if you, or someone you know, is targeted by a scammer to please contact the Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre.
