Online licensing renewal update
Online licence renewals opened a week ago today. In that time, more than 500 licensees have logged in and renewed their licences. Great job!

Another 150 licensees have logged in and responded to the renewal questions, but have not yet paid. To avoid paying a late licence renewal fee, be sure to log back in and pay your invoice by credit card or if paying by cheque or in person with cash or debit, make sure your payment is received by the Commission before June 15th.

Renew by June 15th
Renew your licence(s) by June 15th to avoid a late licence renewal fee—a $50 increase.

Renewal resources and info
A licence renewal resource page has been created to provide licensees with video tutorials, a user manual, and important information about payment methods and deadlines. VIEW RESOURCE PAGE

If you didn't receive a renewal email or you need help
Renewal emails were sent on Friday, May 10th and again on Wednesday, May 15th, with the subject line "Real Estate License Renewal". If you never received a renewal email or you need help renewing your licence, contact Peggy Kell at 1-800-390-1015 extension 309 or This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..

Reset your password
The licence database is new and everyone has to reset their password to log in for the first time.

Approved sales corporation licences
If you have an approved sales corporation, you will need to renew both your real estate licence and your approved sales corporation licence. You would have received a separate renewal email for each licence and two renew buttons will appear on your member dashboard, one for each licence.
