Send Fully-Executed Amendments to Client's Lawyer
Call for 2019 Nominations—Commission's Board of Directors

Send Fully-Executed Amendments to Client's Lawyer
It has come to the Commission's attention that licensees are not sending fully-executed amendments to their client's lawyer. Just as a licensee would send a fully-executed Agreement of Purchase and Sale, licensees have the same obligation to forward amendments to their client's lawyer.

Call for 2019 Nominations—Commission's Board of Directors
Licensees are invited to nominate themselves to fill a three-year term on the Board of Directors.

The Board of Directors meets five times annually. The newly-elected commissioner will also have the opportunity to serve on other committees.

Eligible licensees must be in good standing to be nominated. Nominees will not be considered if they were convicted, within the past two years, of having violated the Real Estate Trading Act, its Regulations, or the Commission's Bylaw resulting in fines totalling more than $500.

The deadline to submit the nomination form is Tuesday, March 26, 2019, at 4:00 p.m. For questions about the application requirements, election process or time commitment involved, please contact Peggy Kell at This email address is being protected from spambots.
